Kyle and Tami Stelmazek are the proud owners of SWFL Home Inspections, a company they took over after relocating their family from Minnesota to Florida in 2015. Before entering the inspection industry, Kyle owned and operated a successful landscape contracting business for 15 years and spent his spare time remodeling personal and family properties.
Now a Certified Home Inspector and Mold Assessor, Kyle brings over a decade of hands-on experience in home inspections and indoor air quality. He is certified through InterNACHI for home inspections and NORMI for mold assessments. His strong background in construction and natural problem-solving ability laid the foundation for his transition into the inspection and restoration field, where he developed a specialized focus on water damage, mold, and property restoration.
As owner and lead inspector at SWFL Home Inspections, Kyle is committed to helping clients understand the condition of their property with clear, detailed, and actionable information.
